I guess this is a test??
This is my first blog. I recently opened the Second Chance Saloon in Oakland Mills. Formerly Fire Rock Grille And Last Chance Saloon and I am trying to spread the word to the community. Is this a good way to spread the word and get feedback about our place? We are trying all kinds of media to get our name out and thought I may try this.

ReplyDeleteNot that I'm a good example (a bad one, in fact) but I'd love to see pictures, get a feel for the place and the atmosphere being created.
I'm out of town for a few weeks but hoping to swing by and check things out when I'm back. Nice start.
Blogging is great for promoting your business — but you have to come up with content to post regularly. (I, of all bloggers, have no room to talk about "regular posting"... but I digress.) Weekly menu specials and live music schedule would generate 2 posts per week. Info on the incremental expansion of your menu would add to the list. You could also post special events — karaoke night (God forbid!), game day events, etc.

One request though... PLEASE dump the black background. My eyes are hurting already!
